Minimum Qualifications: Education: Physician will have successfully completed an Undergraduate Program, Medical School (M.D. or D.O.) International Medical Graduates: Graduates of foreign medical schools practicing in the U.S. are required to possess both a medical license and certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) or Fifth Pathway.
