Campus Side Apartments is currently seeking a Temporary Leasing/Office Assistant for an approximate 3 month assignment.Responsibilities include:Greeting prospectsQualifying prospectsShowing apartments and community amenitiesAssist Leasing Director in completing all related paperwork in accordance with the companys established policies and procedures to ensure a timely move:inSubmit paperwork to Property Manager for reviewProvide high quality resident serviceConvey resident maintenance requests to Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisor Ideal candidate must have:Great customer service and phone skillsOutgoing personalityMicrosoft Office competencyAbility to work in a fun and fast:paced environmentSales/leasing experience is required.
